Booking and Reservation
1.1 Reservations can be made through our official website, authorized agents, or by contacting our reservations team.
1.2 A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Your credit card will be charged according to our cancellation policy (see section 2).
Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 60 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
2.2 29 days before the reservation and no-shows will be charged for the entire reservation period.
2.3 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of cancellation.
Security Deposit
3.1 A security deposit may be required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 15 business days after check-out, less any deductions for damages or outstanding charges.
Damages and Lost/Stolen Items
4.1 Guests are responsible for any damages to the property and its contents during their stay.
4.2 Guests must report any damages, lost, or stolen items immediately to the management.
4.3 Replacement or repair costs for damaged or missing items will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Check-In and Check-Out
5.1 Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to availability.
House Rules
6.1 Guests must adhere to all house rules and guidelines provided by Darmas during their stay.

Daily Cleaning Policy
At Darmas Villas, we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury for our valued guests. To ensure that our properties are kept in impeccable condition, we offer a daily cleaning service for common areas, which is a fundamental part of our commitment to providing you with a remarkable experience.
Daily Cleaning Service Overview:
Service Hours: Our daily cleaning service typically requires a minimum of 3 hours dedicated to cleaning and tidying up common areas within the property. This includes, but is not limited to, the living room, kitchen, dining area, and any shared spaces.
Optional Service: While the daily cleaning service is optional, we strongly recommend our guests to make use of this service to maintain the pristine condition of the property throughout their stay.
Guest Responsibility:
We understand that guests may have varying preferences and requirements during their stay. However, in the event a guest chooses to cancel or decline the daily cleaning service, the guest takes full responsibility for the condition of the property.
Evaluation and Cleaning Charge:
If a guest cancels or declines the daily cleaning service and, upon departure, the property is found to be in a condition that requires extensive cleaning or restoration, a cleaning charge of $500 will be applied. This charge is intended to cover the cost of restoring the property to its original immaculate state for the comfort and satisfaction of future guests.

Liability
7.1 Darmas is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the property during your stay.
7.2 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Darmas is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

8.1 Darmas may collect and use personal information as outlined in our
Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 Darmas reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes.
